Double Dragon New Minas

Are you looking for something different? Double Dragon newly opened on the Main Street of New Minas is a lovely, well decorated ambiance buffet type chinese resturant.

They have a lunch buffet and a dinner buffet both of which I've tried in the last week!! .. They all have soup, spring rolls, egg rolls, and then a variety of other dishes.

The night we went for supper they had the most lovely scallops and shrimp dishes. Double Dragon also have a grill where they do pieces of steak and chicken, and they have a roast beef to be carved in the evenings, along with spagetti and sauce.

They also have a variety of lovely deserts, and 8 kinds of ice cream along with a chocolate fountain, which is available at lunch also.

Yes there are a few other buffet type chinese restaurants around the valley but this has got to be one of the best if not the best. Fresh, not overdone veggies, crisp and juicy, the breaded dishes are not greasy and the wonton soup actually has filled wontons, not just the dough.

The service is great and done with a smile. Well worth a visit.

Double Dragon also have an a la carte menu... note" for those of you who love hot and sour soup as much as I do", this is the only place I've found so far after trying many that actually makes it!
